Utilities
Generally, all tenants at Garfield Arms are responsible for paying all utilities except water and trash.1 Beginning on August 1, 2009, high speed cable internet will be provided free of charge to tenants as well. Here is a list of the utility companies that you should contact before moving into your apartment:
