Student Housing Information

Each year, California-West's San Luis Obispo office begins leasing its apartments and houses on May 1 for the upcoming academic year. The only exceptions are the Garfield Arms Apartments and the El Dorado Apartments, which begin leasing on April 1.

Garfield Arms Apartments and El Dorado Apartments are large apartment buildings that are located within walking distance of Cal Poly and that are most attractive to first and second year students.
