I Bedroom 1 Bath Unit. No onsite parking, street parking ONLY, one City Permit will be issued. No Pets and No Smoking of any kind. Tenants are responsible for all the utilities Landlord shall bill Tenants for their share of such utilities and Tenants pay reimbursement as additional rent by no later than the 1st day of the month following receipt of such billing. Bills will be devided equilly between amount of tenant in both units.
