The Arroyo Grande office manages property from Santa Maria to Psimo Beach. Betty Romero is the licensed agent who manages this office (DRE Lic #02012211). Betty has been working with Cal West for over 30 years, her relantionship with the owners and knowledge stands out. There are also separate maintenance and accounting departments that provide critical support for the Arroyo Grande office. California West's full service management includes finding tenants, providing 24 hour maintenance support, collecting rent, paying expenses, managing the move-in and move-out process, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and providing monthly financial reports. For larger properties, California West also provides payroll services and oversight for on-site managers. These services are generally offered for a fixed percentage of gross rents collected and the exact percentage depends on the type, location, and condition of the property.
